IN-CLINIC SESSIONS

• 60 minutes $110

• 75 minutes $130

• 90 minutes $150

EPC clients – 45 minutes – if needing a longer session, out of pocket charge will be discussed

HOME VISITS

• 60 minutes  $140

• 90 minutes  $180

TRAVEL FEES charged for >10km distance from Ashfield/Hurlstone Park

For Health Insurance Rebates, Clare's provider number is for PHYSIOTHERAPY.  She does not have a  massage therapy provider number.

At Hurlstone Park, payment can be made via direct deposit or Square - and receipts can be issued for Health Fund Claims.  Medicare/DVA rebates applicable if management plan provided by GP.

For NDIS clients,  Clare can invoice providers or clients (self-managed).  She can also be booked through the app, Mobility (mobility.com.au)
