HOME VISITS

• 60 minutes  $160

• 90 minutes  $200

CLINIC SESSIONS IN CANOWINDRA (commencing in 2026 - date yet to be decided)

• 60 minutes $120

• 90 minutes $160

CARDINAL FREEMAN RETIREMENT VILLAGE - call Clare to discuss appointments/pricing for home visits (clinic sessions ended in October 2025)

Medicare funding:  Clients need to pay for the session at the time of the session.  Clare can submit Medicare Claim if eligible.  GP referral for Medicare funding is required.  Clare does not bulk bill. At end of 2025, Medicare rebate for physiotherapy sessions under GP referral (up to 5 sessions MAX per year - inclusive of any allied health services eg podiatry, physiotherapy etc) was approx $61.80.  If Medicare does not give you a rebate and you think you are eligible you will need to check with Medicare.

Aged Care Packages/Support at Home:  recipients of a care package may be eligible for physiotherapy services.  Providers that Clare is currently working with in Sydney are:  CoAsIt and Wesley.   Clare can only see clients within 10km of Ashfield receiving Support at Home services.  The package will not pay for provider travel from 01.07.2025

TRAVEL FEES charged for >10km distance from point of departure (varies according to location on the day) - this will be negotiated at time of booking.  ​

For Health Insurance Rebates, Clare's provider number is for PHYSIOTHERAPY.  She does not have a  massage therapy provider number.

Payment can be made via direct deposit or Square (card) - and receipts can be issued for Health Fund Claims.  Medicare/DVA rebates applicable if management plan provided by GP.
